OutSystems Developer

We are seeking a skilled OutSystems Developer for a permanent position to collaborate with us on an exciting project for a UK-based client.

Current SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it is required - if you don't currently hold SC Clearance, this will give you the opportunity to be cleared.

Role Overview:

As an OutSystems Developer, you will:

• Deliver exceptional low-code solutions for enterprise-level projects.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead to design and implement innovative solutions that address complex technical and business challenges, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Operate within an Agile team, applying Agile methodologies effectively.
• Work within a multi-supplier environment, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop web applications using modern web technologies such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Apply UX design principles to build user-friendly applications and solutions.
• Model databases and write efficient SQL queries, including joins, groupings, and indexing.
• Leverage your expertise in C# and .NET, including the use of common code libraries.
• Adhere to governance frameworks and proactively engage with stakeholders to address their requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Professional Experience:
• 3+ years of OutSystems development experience, preferably in customer-facing or professional services roles.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile teams and customer-facing environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently conduct root cause analyses.
• Technical Proficiencies:
• Modern web technologies (CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Database modelling and SQL programming.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture within OutSystems applications.
• Certifications & Qualifications:
• OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Eligibility Requirements:
• UK residency or citizenship to support security clearance eligibility.
• Current SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it
