We are looking for a highly organised and proactive PA & Business Support to join our team.

The role:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive PA & Business Support to join our team. In this role, you will provide dedicated support to three founders and select senior leadership team (SLT) members while also managing key business support functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple areas of business operations.

Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Personal Assistant responsibilities:

  • Provide PA support to our three founders, with ad hoc support for SLT members.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Oversee inbox management, prioritising and flagging key emails.
  • Organise travel and events, including booking flights, hotels, and transport.
  • Arrange meeting rooms, catering, and other logistical needs.
  • Coordinate SLT and board meetings, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Handle occasional personal scheduling tasks for the founders.

Business Support & Administration responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain the Monday morning kickoff rota and all-hands meeting schedules, including preparing decks.
  • Process expenses, reimbursements, and Pleo requests.
  • Manage accounts payable.
  • Assist in general office coordination and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Personal Assistant experience (2 years minimum).
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using scheduling tools, expense platforms, and communication software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and willing to take on a variety of tasks.

While not essential, the following experience would be a bonus:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or managing invoices.
  • Familiarity with expense management systems such as Pleo.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
