C&C Search is currently recruiting an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the General Counsel of an incredible organisation based in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the high level of a leading corporate business, with exposure to board-level operations, international coordination, and a fast-paced executive environment.

Position: Personal Assistant to the General Counsel
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (highly dependent on experience)
Hybrid set-up: Based in London, some flexibility offered

Key responsibilities for this Personal Assistant position:

  • Complex diary management - scheduling meetings, and events while anticipating needs of your executive
  • International coordination - organising travel, visas, and cross-border meetings
  • Board-level support - liaising with Investor Relations and Communications teams to meet key timelines
  • Expense and invoice management - approving expenses and handling corporate approvals
  • Confidential administration - drafting correspondence, maintaining contact lists, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper
  • High-level stakeholder engagement - working closely with stakeholders across the business

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Extensive PA experience in a corporate or PLC environment, ideally at the board level
  • Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and a natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude
  • Outstanding discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across senior stakeholders
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and high attention to detail
