C&C Search is currently recruiting a PA to support a senior Team (2x MDs and 2x Directors). Fast paced role, hybrid working and a fantastic team to work alongside.

Position: PA to Senior Team
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Hybrid set up: 4/1

Key responsibilities for this PA position:
- Diary & Schedule Management: Organise and manage the MD and Director's complex and ever-changing diaries, ensuring efficient use of their time and handling conflicting appointments.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring all arrangements align with their preferences and schedules.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Organise and prepare for meetings, including booking venues, setting up virtual meetings, and preparing meeting materials. You'll also coordinate internal and external events as required.
- Document & Report Preparation: Draft, proofread, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Expense Management: Process and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in reporting.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) at MD and Director level, with a strong background in managing complex and high-demand schedules.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle competing priorities and manage time effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and clients professionally.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong attention to detail and an understanding of business software and tools.
- Discretion: High levels of discretion and confidentiality, as you will be managing sensitive information.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
