Paediatric Clinical Lead - Community Complex Care

Location: Essex (Hybrid - 2 days from home, 3 days in the community)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + £3,000 car allowance

Due to continued growth, our client is expanding in the Essex area and looking for a dedicated nurse leader to join our team!

The Role:
As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on support to children and their families while designing personalised care plans. You will work closely with a team of carers, offering training and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care.

What We're Looking For:

1. Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) with at least 18 months UK experience and an active NMC PIN
2. Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop a team
3. Up-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators (within the last 2 years)
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with families and healthcare teams
5. Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with proven leadership experience are welcome to apply
6. Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Key Responsibilities for a Paediatric Clinical Lead:

1. Develop tailored care plans to meet individual client needs
2. Oversee and support a team of carers, ensuring high clinical standards
3. Provide ongoing monitoring, assessments, and interventions
4. Work closely with MDTs, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to maintain bespoke care packages
5. Build strong relationships with children and their families
