Salary up to £65,000

Are you a Paid Social expert with a passion for luxury brands? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can lead strategy, drive performance, and inspire a team? If so, I want to hear from you!

The Role

I am partnering with a multi-award-winning agency as they look to bring a Paid Social Account Director to spearhead cutting-edge campaigns for a prestigious luxury brand. You'll take charge of strategy, execution, and performance, ensuring our client remains at the forefront of paid social innovation.

You'll be the go-to expert for all things paid social-advising clients, optimizing campaigns, and mentoring a high-performing team. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, media partners, and internal teams to drive measurable success and push creative boundaries.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and lead data-driven paid social strategies that align with client objectives and KPIs.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of Paid Social specialists, fostering growth and best-in-class execution.
  3. Own client relationships, acting as the senior social media expert to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  4. Oversee campaign performance, optimization, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new platforms and strategies to maximize results.
  6. Partner with media platforms (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn) to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  7. Support new business opportunities, contributing to pitches and agency growth initiatives.

Looking For

  1. Proven Paid Social experience within an agency
  2. A passion for luxury brands and experience working with high-end clients
  3. A blend of brand and performance marketing expertise, driving both awareness and conversions
  4. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing teams
  5. Excellent client management abilities, confidently handling senior stakeholders
  6. A deep understanding of multi-market campaigns
