FTC until 31 December 2025- 35 hours per week
Up to 3 locations with hybrid working (40%)
Salary range £36,705 - £41,446 per annum

As a Paralegal you'll use your positive attitude and initiative, your excellent communication, written and presentation skills, and your ability to maintain the highest professional standards whilst working within tight timescales to deliver legal advice, support and representation to RCN members, Legal Officers and Senior Legal Officers in all aspects of regulatory law.
Working within a team, you will deliver excellent customer service to our members whilst maintaining the highest professional standards ensuring that you manage your time effectively and meet all deadlines.

We offer a competitive pay structure with annual pay progression until you reach the top of the salary scale. We normally offer new employees the first point of the salary range, although you may be able to negotiate a higher starting salary depending on your skills, experience and current salary.
