As Europe's "must-play" venue, The O2 arena has presented today's biggest acts in comedy and music including U2, Trevor Noah, Adele, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, Rihanna, Chris Rock, Bon Jovi, Beyoncé, Drake, Taylor Swift and many more.

World class sporting events, including serving as the host venue for the London 2012 Olympics, NBA season games, UFC, 10 years of the Nitto ATP Finals and the home of British boxing, have all contributed to cementing The O2 as the world's number one arena.

As Parking & Transport Manager at The O2 you will manage our car parking and logistics contracts and work with local authorities and government agencies on all transport related matters.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Managing Logistics: Orchestrate parking and transport contracts with precision and creativity, ensuring every event runs smoothly from arrival to departure.
  2. Commercial Planner: Develop and monitor annual plans that maximize efficiency and minimise costs, keeping our operations efficient and budget smart.
  3. Collaborating: Build strong relationships with service contractors, local authorities, and government agencies to create transport solutions that wow.
  4. Elevate Performance: Produce progress reports, cost analyses, and forecasts that provide crystal-clear insights into our operations.

What we're looking for:

  • Extensive experience of contract management and development and implementation of strategic transport plans.
  • Good working knowledge of
    • contract conditions,
    • employment legislation,
    • risk management and
    • cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting.
  • Experience of Pre-Qualification and Tendering process
  • IOSH Certification
  • Ability to work flexibly in terms of hours / weekends.

Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start times and welcome flexible working conversations. We work onsite 4 days a week and remotely 1 day a week. This role will include working some evenings and weekends.
