Job Overview

My client based in Thame is looking for a Part Time Credit Controller to join their busy and friendly finance team. The role will be responsible for managing and maintaining debtor accounts, ensuring prompt payments, and developing a positive and understanding relationship with their clients.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain debtor accounts.
2. Ensure prompt payments from clients.
3. Develop positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in credit control.
2. Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
5. Experience using a credit control software package is an advantage.

Working Hours

Working hours are 3 days per week (flexible) from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with an hour for lunch. The position could be hybrid (not remote) after successful probation.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is £25K pro rata depending on experience, with excellent benefits including medical insurance, enhanced annual leave, and more, subject to qualifying period.
