Job Description

• Oversee the management and coordination of all financial activities of the company.
• Participate in planning and forecasting across the business.
• Develop and build upon established accounting practices ad-hoc.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, management accounts and management information.
• Work with the leadership team to define performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

• A solid background in finance and ideally in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends within the general market.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
