A leading personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Partner to lead its Accident Team following a significant firm-wide restructure. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a senior personal injury solicitor to take on a high-level leadership role within a firm dedicated to securing justice for clients. As Partner, you will oversee four teams, including 20 experienced lawyers, driving performance, strategy, and litigation success. Working closely with Equity Partners and senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the firm's approach to personal injury law, ensuring operational efficiency, innovation, and outstanding client care.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have proven leadership experience within a personal injury legal setting, with a strong background in managing complex caseloads, mentoring senior solicitors, and implementing strategic improvements. Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a passion for developing high-performing teams. A deep understanding of compliance, cost management, and litigation best practices is also required to drive success within the department.
