Partnership Lead

Partnership Leadership London - Hybrid/Remote working

Role overview:

Partnerships are foundational to how we deliver our work, and our business is run on successful partnerships. We have some early-stage but strong relationships with vendors and hyper scalers and would like to strengthen these and make them core to our business. We believe these relationships will further help us deliver value to our customers and are critical to the success of the business. We are looking for someone who can help build these relationships into a core pillar of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Set and execute partner strategy to support the business to deliver value to our customers.
• Build strong partnerships with key partners, including Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Databricks, Snowflake, and Datastax.
• Support winning work in new and existing accounts, building and engaging our communities, and measuring and delivering value to our customers through partnerships.
• Manage partnership funding programs, building joint GTM and other collaboration opportunities.
• Build accelerators with tech and platforms supporting vendors and hyper scalers.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience and networks across Microsoft, Amazon, and others.
• Knowledge of internal systems set up to help drive partnerships forward easily and swiftly.
• Experience and understanding of how funding programs (MAP, ESIF), certifications, joint GTM, and winning work together with hyper scalers.
• Desire and ability to link partnerships with creating value for our customers, with knowledge of how this works across public and private sectors.
• Passion for continuous improvement-staying current with key challenges and opportunities with partnerships and linking to our customers, communities, and our goals.
