Our client, a leading organisation in the membership industry, is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Coordinator to join their team for a temporary three-month role. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales-focused environment, converting warm leads into valuable partnerships while working with a team passionate about making a difference.


Position Details:


  • Sector: Membership/Not-for-profit Industry
  • Contract Type: Temporary, 3 months
  • Hourly Rate: £22-£25
  • Working Pattern: Full Time, Hybrid
  • Location: Closest stations are Holborn & Chancery Lane

Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to inbound queries regarding partnerships and exhibitions.
  • Re-engage with previous partners to secure repeat collaborations.
  • Convert warm leads provided by internal stakeholders into confirmed partnership agreements.
  • Manage the invoicing process for partnership and exhibition activities.
  • Follow up with partners to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Handle contract administration using Adobe Sign.
  • Conduct feedback surveys with partners to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain internal spreadsheets to track the partnership pipeline.
  • Organize and manage data related to partnership activities.
  • Support the management of the overall sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with team members to seamlessly hand over secured agreements for delivery.

Key Experience and Skills:


  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to close deals and secure agreements.
  • Ideally, experience in charity, not-for-profit, or membership organisations.
  • Ability to manage warm leads and convert them into confirmed agreements.
  • Strong track record in securing repeat business.
  • Confident in leading meetings and negotiating agreements with potential partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships.
