Exciting Opportunity as a Partnerships Coordinator!

Our client, a leading organisation in the membership industry, is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Coordinator to join their team for a temporary three-month role. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales-focused environment, converting warm leads into valuable partnerships while working with a team passionate about making a difference.
Position Details:
- Sector: Membership/Not-for-profit Industry
- Contract Type: Temporary, 3 months
- Hourly Rate: £22-£25
- Working Pattern: Full Time, Hybrid
- Location: Closest stations are Holborn & Chancery Lane
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound queries regarding partnerships and exhibitions.
- Re-engage with previous partners to secure repeat collaborations.
- Convert warm leads provided by internal stakeholders into confirmed partnership agreements.
- Manage the invoicing process for partnership and exhibition activities.
- Follow up with partners to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Handle contract administration using Adobe Sign.
- Conduct feedback surveys with partners to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.
- Maintain internal spreadsheets to track the partnership pipeline.
- Organize and manage data related to partnership activities.
- Support the management of the overall sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with team members to seamlessly hand over secured agreements for delivery.
Key Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to close deals and secure agreements.
- Ideally, experience in charity, not-for-profit, or membership organisations.
- Ability to manage warm leads and convert them into confirmed agreements.
- Strong track record in securing repeat business.
- Confident in leading meetings and negotiating agreements with potential partners.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships.
