Role Objectives (What)

Expand the customer portfolio (in Flanders).

Structure and optimize partnerships.

Represent Medispring within the community and among partners.

Organize and facilitate thematic conferences.

Support clients in implementing the solution and ensuring seamless support


Key Responsibilities & Tasks (How)

Develop and execute a commercial strategy

Act as a brand ambassador

Establish a legitimate presence within the healthcare and medical industry.

Prospect and acquire new business opportunities.

Monitor performance

Collaborate with internal teams

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cooperative members.


Qualifications & Experience (Requirements)

True bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French.

A strong affinity with the healthcare sector.

Minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated skills in negotiation, communication, relationship management, and the ability to leverage an existing or potential network.

Ability to collaborate both internally and externally with determination and resilience.

Openness to Agile methodologies and Collective Intelligence principles.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience (Differentiators)

Previous sales experience will be a key differentiator, particularly in healthcare, B2B, or software environments.

An existing network in the healthcare industry is a significant advantage.

Experience in managing and developing partnerships.

Proficiency in CRM tools (such as Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Understanding of UX principles in SaaS/software solutions.

Familiarity with Collective Intelligence and Agile methodologies.

A bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or healthcare-related fields.


Application Process

Following an initial pre-screening with our research assistant, shortlisted candidates will meet with our partner, Connected Minds, in charge of the recruitment mission. This interview will be supported by a psychometric questionnaire.

After the pre-selection phase, qualified candidates will be presented to Medispring and interviewed twice before final selection.
