London - Hybrid 2-3 days in the office

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  2. Process payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.
  3. Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
  5. Respond to payroll-related enquiries from employees and management.
  6. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to streamline payroll processes.
  7. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
  1. Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  2. Proficiency in Merit payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
