Objectives

You will be a key point of contact for global clients, ensuring they get the most out of our technology and managed service support. You'll help manage accounts, optimize global mobility processes, and drive efficiencies in payroll and compensation workflows. You will be responsible for supporting the efficient processing of monthly payroll across multiple countries, ensuring our customers are compliant with local regulations and internal policies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that employees receive accurate and timely compensation in their home and host locations while serving as the go-to expert for payroll-related inquiries. Your insights and expertise will help shape the future of our business while providing exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll do

  • Create and manage multi-country payroll instructions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to our customers and their external payroll providers.
  • Audit payroll data and results to maintain high standards of compliance and accuracy.
  • Define & design processes which impact pay runs.
  • Identify and implement technology-driven process improvements.
  • Work with other like-minded team members to achieve robust processes and accurate outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to customer projects.
  • Support Finance, Global Mobility, and other internal teams to optimize payroll operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Plan year-end activities ensuring a robust process.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in Global Mobility, Expatriate Tax, or Payroll, with a focus on data management, compliance, and technology.
  • Experience working with payroll vendors and internal customer stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential) and payroll software (preferred).
  • You have experience collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • You adopt a logical approach to tackling business challenges.
  • You are prepared to analyze and make decisions based on datasets of various sizes.

This role provides a hybrid working arrangement, requiring the successful candidate to be present at our Windsor office at least three times a week.

Our office is ideally situated in the center of Windsor, just next to the historic Windsor Castle, and is easily accessible by both road and rail.
