£50-55k per annum
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations, including some international payroll responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Duties include
- Manage and process payroll for UK and international employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and tax laws.
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, payroll calculations, and disbursements.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, including those in select international locations.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, salary changes, and deductions.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates to payroll processes.
- Address and resolve payroll-related enquiries and issues from employees and management.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
You will have;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with some experience in international payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Exposure to dealing with multiple outsourced providers
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel - vlookups and pivot tables
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CIPP qualified
