Job Description

My client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a Global Payroll Manager to join their team.

This part-time role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary (£66,400 full-time equivalent) and a great work-life balance.

What Youll Be Doing:

  1. Oversee payroll for the UK, US, EU, and APAC regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Process wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions while handling discrepancies swiftly.
  3. Collaborate with HR and Finance to support employees with payroll-related inquiries.
  4. Generate payroll reports and handle tax filings and pension contributions.
  5. Identify and implement payroll improvements, keeping up with changing regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Previously worked as a Payroll Manager, Payroll Specialist, Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Coordinator, Payroll Officer or in a similar role.
  2. 5+ years in payroll management, with experience in global payroll across multiple regions.
  3. Ideally you will have experience in similar organisations such as Financial Services or Banking.
  4. Strong skills in payroll software (e.g., Pento, ADP) and advanced Excel.
  5. Knowledge of payroll laws and tax implications in the UK, US, and APAC regions.
  6. CPP or equivalent preferred.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
