Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth by hiring top talent, specifically in GTM roles, however, it would be beneficial if you have experience growing both Tech and People teams as well.
Develop and implement a scalable hiring process. Ensure pipeline predictability and repeatability.
Oversee the entire employee experience, including onboarding, development, performance management, and compensation.
Promote a strong company culture and provide executive coaching on non-technical skills (bonus).

Package:
Location: Fully Remote (EU Wide)
Salary: up to £100,000 - £125,000 DOE
Notable benefits: Bonus + Equity
