People Manager- Business Partnering

LOCATION: Service Headquarters, Garstang Road, Fulwood, Preston PR2 3LH

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS: 36.25 hours per week

CLOSING DATE: 12 noon, 09 March 2025

An opportunity has arisen for a People Manager - Business Partnering to join an inclusive and values-driven public sector organisation with an outstanding organisational culture. You will be required to operate across a breadth of Human Resources activity, providing leadership to members of the Human Resources Team.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional advice and guidance to line managers.
2. Write policies and reports to a high standard.
3. Lead the Human Resources Team in various HR activities.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent.
2. Previous experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or Manager.
3. Excellent interpersonal and well-developed written skills.
