Job Description

Are you a proactive People Operations Advisor looking for your next opportunity? Have you worked within a multi-site or unionised business previously?

I am working with a leading Entertainment business who are looking for a People Operations Advisor to support the team on a minimum 12-month maternity cover contract.

The People Operations Advisor will take a business partnering approach, working closely with their venue management teams, and providing them with relevant advice and support.

  1. You will act as a conduit between the central People team and the venues/departments; breaking down barriers and ensuring there is collaboration and communication between Head Office and venues.
  2. Contributing to the People strategic planning process; identifying work streams and projects and making recommendations.
  3. Alongside managing day to day HR operations and advising managers for your groups, you will lead on low-mid level ER cases and there will be the opportunity to support the wider team with projects. They are currently in the process of launching their new HRIS, therefore if anyone has any previous experience in HRIS implementation projects and training managers and employees on these, then this is a bonus!

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of groups and stakeholders during a busy period. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a varied stakeholder group and will appreciate in-person advising at multiple venues!

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years' experience at HR Advisory level and will have led on low-level ER cases. If you have worked within a multi-site or unionised business, that is a bonus; however, they are also open to candidates who have worked within smaller businesses or teams, as the team all get stuck into any given task, including admin!

As this is a venue management advisory role, they do require someone to be in the office 4 days a week, split across the venues and head office, with one day working from home.
