We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Performance Marketing & Lead Nurturing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be a key driver of multiple performance marketing initiatives, including our paid advertising and lead nurturing efforts, while also helping to coordinate team workflows and ensuring project success.

Company Description: Valutico is a B2B FinTech company providing an advanced valuation platform that empowers financial services providers and valuation practitioners with data-driven tools for more efficient analyses.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Strategically design and execute end-to-end lead generation campaigns, encompassing multi-channel strategies, targeted content creation, and personalized lead nurturing flows.
  2. Leverage CRM data and automation tools to enhance lead nurturing processes, personalize communications, and drive lead conversion.
  3. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  4. Manage and optimize performance marketing including website conversions, webinars, and other channels.
  5. Help coordinate marketing team workflows, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  6. Act as a central point of communication and collaboration for the marketing team.
  7. Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  8. Create high-quality content, including video sales letters and other engaging materials.
  9. Improve conversion funnels and user journeys.

What You Need:

  1. 6+ years of experience in performance marketing and lead nurturing.
  2. A highly motivated self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
  3. Strong content creation skills, driven by a passion for creating engaging and high-performing marketing materials.
  4. Expert-level knowledge of lead nurturing strategies and tactics.
  5. Proven track record of creating high-converting campaigns.
  6. Strong skills in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  7. Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Experience with CRM management and lead nurturing automation.
  10. Experience improving webinar conversion rates.
