Are you a Personal Injury Solicitor seeking a new opportunity in Oxford?

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm in Oxford, looking to hire an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in personal injury law, looking to further their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and progress a varied caseload of personal injury claims from start to finish.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on personal injury matters.
  • Handle negotiations with opposing parties and insurers to reach favorable settlements.
  • Represent clients in litigation, including drafting legal documents and attending hearings where necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
  • Contribute to the firm's reputation by maintaining a high level of client care and professionalism.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in personal injury law.
  • A strong understanding of personal injury claims, including RTA, workplace accidents, and medical negligence cases.
  • Proven experience managing a caseload independently, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client care.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to case management.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, contributing to the firm's overall success.
