The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters, including RTA, EL/PL, and other litigation
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
• Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Engage in business development and client relationship management activities
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm on cross-practice matters

The Person

• A qualified Solicitor with ideally 2-5 years PQE in personal injury litigation
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills, with an empathetic, client-focused approach
• Comfortable working autonomously and within a team-oriented environment
• A proactive, commercial mindset with a drive to develop professionally
