Working with a broad client base, they offer comprehensive tax planning and compliance services, always focusing on adding value and simplifying complex tax matters.

The Role:
As a Personal Tax Senior, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients, providing high-quality compliance services and advisory support on a range of personal tax matters. You'll work closely with both clients and the wider team to ensure deadlines are met and opportunities for tax efficiency are identified.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing personal tax compliance for a portfolio of clients, including HNWIs, sole traders, partnerships, and directors
  • Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns
  • Providing tax planning advice on areas such as inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and trusts
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear and concise tax advice
  • Assisting with HMRC enquiries and investigations
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to their development

About You:

  • ATT qualified (CTA desirable but not essential)
  • Solid experience in personal tax within an accountancy practice
  • Strong understanding of UK tax legislation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive, organised, and team-oriented approach
