What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services to surgical inpatients, ensuring safe and effective use of medication.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team working within the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) and Surgical Inpatient settings.
• Provide expert advice and education to healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication use.
• Conduct medication reviews and develop individualised pharmaceutical care plans.
• Participate in ward rounds and clinical meetings to support patient management plans.
