The Role

We are looking for a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber who is passionate about digital healthcare to join our pioneering healthtech company.

Work Schedule

  • Four-day work week

  • One weekend day required

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient medical questionnaires, conduct digital consultations, and prescribe medications.

  • Provide proactive medicine education to patients, prescribers, and clinical staff

  • Stay up-to-date with clinical guidelines and best practices

  • Support clinical and service improvements

  • Work within SOPs and clinical guidelines to drive professional development and quality improvement


Essential Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacist Independent Prescriber (PGCert or PGDip) with GPhC registration and a valid UK practice licence

  • Experience in digital consultations and online prescribing

  • Confident working independently with MDT support

  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess a broad range of health conditions

  • Tech-savvy

  • Passion for continuous learning and evidence-based medicine

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in digital health/telemedicine

  • Background in a start-up environment
