What you will do:

• Provide specialist physiotherapy input to clients as part of the Community Neurorehabilitation service.
• Offer expert neurology physiotherapy assessment and treatment to a variety of clients.
• Collaborate with specialist nurses and other healthcare and social care practitioners to effectively manage those with long-term neurological conditions.

Main duties:

• Focus on providing specialist physiotherapy input to clients in the neurorehabilitation pathway.
• Perform high-quality neurology assessments and devise targeted treatment plans.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including specialist nurses, to ensure comprehensive client care, particularly for those with long-term neurological needs.

Requirements:

• You must be HCPC registered with UK experience working as a Physiotherapist.
• Holding a degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy is essential.
• A car driver is preferable to help you reach various community locations easily and promptly.
