Physiotherapist Fixed term 12 month maternity cover Private Hospital Part-time Slough

Spire Thames Valley are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join the team for a fixed term 12 month post. This role is predominantly in-patients with some post-op MSK. You will be experienced in assessing, diagnosing and treating a range of patients/cases. We are seeking someone with UK experience working in a hospital or clinic setting.

Main duties of the job

Duties and responsibilities

• To provide a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice to patients within the outpatient department
• Discuss, agree and explain responsibilities for the physiotherapy assessment of patients, including their needs and any associated risks
• Using clinical reasoning skills, develop treatment plans that are appropriate to the patient, taking into consideration their physiotherapy care, risks and wellbeing.

Who we're looking for

• Degree (BSc Hons in Physiotherapy) or equivalent
• At least 3 years post graduate clinical experience
• Experience of assessing, diagnosing and treating a range of patients/cases
• Must have UK experience working in a hospital or clinic setting

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (occasional weekend shift required). Part-time, 30 hours working 4 days per week (full-time hours may be available). The service runs 9am-5pm (possibly 10am-6pm)

Contract Type: 12 month fixed term maternity cover post
