We are looking for experienced DevOps/Platform Engineering Managers to join our vibrant community of Platform Engineering professionals, encompassing knowledge and experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, Observability, and Internal Developer Platforms/Portals, based at our London offices on a full-time, permanent basis.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Strong understanding of critical concepts in Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and Agile principles, with a focus on enabling developer productivity and improving operational efficiency.
Cloud computing Expertise: Advanced working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure, including proficiency with cloud-native services like serverless computing, cloud shell, and managed Kubernetes offerings (e.g., EKS, GKE, AKS).
Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, integrating security, testing, and automation into all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in using IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Bicep, or GCP Deployment Manager.
Strategic Leadership: Ability to shape and drive the strategic direction of Platform Engineering, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and promoting best practices in DevSecOps, SRE, and Observability.
Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams, including junior engineers, by fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Advanced knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
Observability and Monitoring: Practical experience with observability tools and practices (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
DevSecOps and Security: Strong expertise in DevSecOps practices, including automated security testing, policy enforcement, and implementing secure coding practices.
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): Familiarity with SRE principles like Service Level Objectives (SLOs), error budgets, and incident management.
Internal Developer Portals/Platforms (IDPs): Experience in building and maintaining self-service platforms to empower developers.
