About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Specialist to join the Global Enterprise Accounts team within the Ad Platforms business. You will play a key role in driving client success by analysing data, optimising accounts, and providing strategic recommendations. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires exceptional communication skills, analytical expertise, and creativity to deliver engaging presentations and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings and calls, providing insightful recommendations to enhance performance and increase investment.
- Own and develop key strategic accounts, building long-term client relationships through regular in-person and virtual engagements.
- Analyse campaign data and create compelling stories to present back to clients, using data-driven insights to drive growth.
- Act as a platform specialist, leveraging tools such as Excel to quantify opportunities and optimise campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Measurement, to provide valuable market feedback and drive innovation.
- Design and deliver visually compelling presentations using PowerPoint or Keynote to communicate strategic insights effectively.
- Educate clients on advertising solutions and provide consultative support on media, measurement, and creative strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure clients receive best-in-class recommendations.
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in performance advertising, or digital media.
- Strong experience with self-serve ad platforms (e.g. Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills - confident, chatty, and comfortable leading meetings and client discussions.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills to extract insights, identify trends, and build data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to create visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint or Keynote, translating complex data into compelling narratives.
- Strategic thinker who can provide tailored solutions to drive client success and business growth.
- Passion for digital advertising, mobile and app ecosystems, and the evolving ad tech landscape.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
