PMO Analyst

Our retail client is looking for a PMO Analyst to join them on a contract basis. You will be supporting a project that aims to improve their stock management capabilities to ensure product availability is in line with customer demand.

As part of this project, you will support the completion of a Demand Forecasting model roll-out to commercial teams and enhance the model's capability.

Accountabilities:

• The rollout of the Demand Forecasting Data-Driven Sales Forecast (planned for 2025).
• Shaping of enhanced model capabilities in Q1 2025.
• Management of outcome sprints, including development of methods alongside other 360 Availability squads.
• Management of project controls related to the above including risks, issues, dependencies, finances, and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide regular status reporting and alignment with other Stock Management work streams.

Experience:

• Experience in business change projects that have had a technical or data element.
• Inventory management/Demand planning (advantageous).
• Retail (advantageous).
