Role Overview: My client in the Insurance Industry is searching for a PMO Analyst and a PMO Manager to work on a 6-month initial contract, with the overall project looking to extend to 2 years. They are looking for a candidate with experience of working on a group-wide programme with multiple workstreams. The PMO Analyst will support a large-scale, company-wide programme, focusing on maintaining governance structures, tracking programme progress, and ensuring data accuracy. The PMO Analyst will work closely with Programme Managers and workstream leads to ensure efficient project tracking and reporting.

Key Skills:

• Experience of working on non-IT Business Change projects.
• Experience across a multitude of Business Change projects ranging from HR to Finance to Operational Design.
• The key element of this role is to work on getting the client investor ready. Candidates with this experience will be highly sought after.
• Experience in a PMO that is embedded into a Programme of work rather than portfolio-based.
• Experience working in a PMO or project support role within a complex programme environment.
• Experience of working across multiple workstreams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently while supporting broader programme objectives.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
