Job Description

The Role

The PMO Analyst is responsible for delivering a PMO service to qualified programmes and projects within Group Supply Chain (GSC). Being part of the GSC Project Portfolio team you will be the link between the Project Portfolio team and the project delivery. This role collaborates closely with the project and programme teams, ensures the tracking of delivery, supports risk, dependency and cost management across the projects, programmes, and portfolio, and provides the key measures of Portfolio health.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Deliver a comprehensive PMO service to support the delivery of projects and programmes.
  • Administer, organise and facilitate Governance meetings (e.g., Programme Steering Groups, Workshops, etc).
  • Facilitate and support governance framework processes while keeping close alignment with GSC Project Portfolio to ensure compliance.
  • Assist Programme and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle and support on identification, tracking and following up on issues, risks, and actions.
  • Facilitate the programme internal information exchange via a centralised information, tool & methods hub.
  • Pro-actively seek areas of improvement to processes and procedures for the successful delivery of programmes on time, in scope and budget.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Good understanding of project & programme lifecycles, governance and controls.
  • Excellent administrative skills, highly organised with strong analytical abilities & attention to data quality.
  • Assertive and strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening) with the ability to interact and communicate in a manner applicable to all levels.
  • Ability to integrate well as a part of an international team.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Customer-focused, service-oriented and responsive mindset.
