Portsmouth IT Engineer

We are recruiting for an IT Engineer on site for a leading Defence organisation based in Portsmouth on contract.

1. Must be a UK National
2. Manage incoming tickets meeting targets to meet contractual SLA's
3. Perform contractual planned maintenance in all meeting rooms
4. Provide room support as requested for large AV presentations to ensure full functional system operation (Airbus Live)
5. Perform daily room checks to confirm functionality
6. Perform ongoing on-site audit and asset register to maintain all kit located in each AV room
7. Responsible for internal AV stock of spares - keeping accurate inventory
8. Experience in previous role
9. Any previous knowledge on Google Meet & Blue Jeans platforms
10. Excellent communication skills
11. Able to work under pressure
12. Good understanding of network & telephony infrastructure
