Postgres DBA

3 - 6 Month Contract

London (Hybrid)

£400-500/day (Inside IR35)

Postgres Database Administrator (PostgreSQL DBA) needed for a 3 - 6 Month Contract in London (Hybrid). Start ASAP ideally in January 2025.

A chance to work with a leading digital transformation business on large-scale Government NHS projects.

Working on a hybrid remote basis. Working 1-2 days/week in the office, and 3-4 days/week from home (WFH).

Key experience + tasks will include:

Postgres/PostgreSQL DBA to support a DB migration from Legacy to Postgres database and AWS Cloud environment.
Key Tasks: Postgres database administration, trouble-shooting, assessing migration approach suitability (AWS DMS tools) + assisting BAU teams with post-migration Postgres support
NHS or Government/Public Sector project experience preferred.
Must be eligible to undergo the SC Security Clearance process.
Any prior experience of working for IT Consultancies/IT Services organisations is advantageous.
