We are hiring a Powerplant Engineer who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do:

  • Analyze, review, and distribute ADs, VSBs, and other OEM documentation.
  • Issue engineering orders and engineering bulletins. Administer and distribute technical documentation for aircraft and powerplant within the fleet.
  • Support the maintenance of CFM56-5B engines, 131-9A and APS3200 APUs, and nacelles.
  • Forecast and track engine and APU shop visits.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to other departments, including Planning, MCC, and Transitions.
  • Prepare powerplant-related documentation, troubleshooting guidelines, and engine replacement work packages.
  • Perform reliability analyses to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Engine Health monitoring. Tracking and assessment of parameters and alerts.
  • Support the analysis of maintenance program effectiveness.
  • Manage the phase-in and phase-out of engines, including the preparation of end-of-lease documentation.
  • Occasional aircraft base maintenance support (technical representative).

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience working in an Engineering environment in CAMO. Powerplant previous experience desirable.
  • A320 experience, desirable. Experience in working with AIRBUS & CFM manuals and data sources.
  • English is essential. Fluent in Spanish recommendable.
  • Good knowledge of EASA regulations.
  • AMOS knowledge.
  • Methodical, analytical minded and service oriented.
