PPA Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced PPA Manager to join its team in Madrid.

What will you do?

1. Design commercial strategy to optimize revenues
2. Lead all commercial activities from the origination to the execution of PPAs and BESS contracts (tolling, hybrid PPAs, etc.) with Utilities and Corporates in the designated regions
3. Manage participation in offtaker's Requests of Proposals (RFPs) directly and through consultants platforms/advisors
4. Analysis, risk management and contractual review of PPAs and BESS contracts
5. Coordinate with relevant departments (Finance, M&A, Investment Analysis, Legal, Revenue Management )
6. Develop PPA market intelligence and provide in-depth research of market mechanisms, regulatory changes, market insights etc. affecting PPAs
7. Analyze and design new products and solutions to meet our customers' needs

What do we need?

1. Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Civil) or Business Administration
2. 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role
3. Strong analytical skills and management capabilities
4. Commercial acumen with experience managing both internal stakeholders and customers
