We are currently looking for a Pre-Construction Manager on behalf of our client in Newmarket!

£66,000 per annum
37.5hrs per week Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - Hybrid 2 days in the office

Our client in Newmarket is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager who will take full responsibility and accountability for the Estimating and Pre-Construction function, as well as managing a team.

What will you receive?

• 25 days holiday plus 8 (can rise to 30 plus 8 after 5 years service)

What will the Pre-Construction Manager do?

• Managing estimating and pre-construction functions
• Work in conjunction with the Director and lead Design Manager, Estimating and Project Manager to ensure all inputs to a bid are met on time and within budget
• Management of DO/PCSA agreements
• Build relationships with clients

What we are looking for in the Pre-Construction Manager?

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Experience in Pre-Contract management - have a degree (or equivalent)
• Experience in preparing tender submissions
• Experience managing a team
• A strong capability in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications which includes Word, Excel, Email, etc.
• Ability to build relationships, internally and externally
