Job Description

Our client is a Cyber Security SaaS platform for medium-large organisations using cloud-based information collaboration systems (particularly MS Office 365).


They are looking for an experienced Pre Sales consultant ideally from a Microsoft Partner background to set up and lead a dynamic Customer Success office.


Brief Overview

You will be part coach, business consultant, Pre Sales and product expert with solid relationship and communications skills. The Customer Success Manager acts as a trusted advisor - guiding and motivating our Microsoft Consultancy partners to maximise the value of their customers' investments. You'll be helping to design, build and deliver programs that enable the partners to reach maturity and independence in delivering business value and successful customer engagements.


Key Skills Needed:
  1. Experience in customer-facing consulting roles such as a Pre-Sales or Solution Specialist with Microsoft Office 365.
  2. Fantastic verbal communication skills - which makes you great at giving demos, presentations, answering questions, and thinking quickly in front of customers.
  3. Strong understanding of information management, collaboration, information architecture, and data governance in Office 365.
  4. Good commercial mindset, confidence to challenge the status quo and think creatively.
