General Description

We are looking for a Principal Architect with strong client-facing experience to be part of our team in the UK. In this position, you will lead end-to-end technology strategies, working closely with teams in the UK, EU, Brazil, and other countries in Latin America.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Work on-site at our clients based in the UK when needed, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and developing new business.
2. Understand and translate complex business problems into technology strategies.
3. Lead the crafting of technical proposals, points of view, and pitch those to non-technical stakeholders.
4. Lead the end-to-end technology delivery, from hiring engineering teams, bootstrapping projects, and managing in-flight programs along with other senior managers and digital strategists.
5. Experience in designing and delivering modern digital platforms on complex technical and business scenarios.
6. Willingness to work with different technologies and learn every day.
7. Ability to share your knowledge with other team members.
8. Visit and connect with other European clients a few weeks throughout the year to bootstrap projects and establish relationships with key technical and non-technical stakeholders.
9. Collaborate with strategy, customer experience, product, and non-technical program management teams.
10. Ensure that solutions follow modern engineering best practices.

What we're looking for:

1. An experienced Enterprise Architect who's built and executed end-to-end technology strategies across EMEA/Globally.
2. Strong exposure to pitching and working closely with sales teams to help with the proposal process.
3. A background in software development or similar to provide a strong understanding of the SDLC.
4. Previous experience within a consultancy similar to CI&T.
