This role is a hybrid position based out of our London office.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implementation of technical solutions to support the provision of managed services for customers.
- Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
- Effectively consult and communicate with customers and evaluate their business needs with regards to their managed security services.
- Design and develop high quality solutions, including integration of customer systems and tools used to deliver the contracted service.
- Provide thought leadership, as well as providing tier 2 and 3 engineering support for MSS customers and capabilities.
- Conduct internal and customer communications around security and tooling related issues.
- Coordinate the support, maintenance, and upgrading of managed systems.
- Identify and implement improvements to system reliability and performance.
- Provide support for internal and customer housed security tooling.
- Work closely with CyberCX Security Operations teams to deploy and manage security systems and tooling.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and support broader CyberCX teams with the presentation and delivery of Managed Security Service offerings.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and lead the implementation of solutions used for the provision of a Managed Security Service.
- Lead the improvement of services offered to customers and the capability used to deliver those services.
- Experience designing and deploying SIEM solutions, along with an in-depth understanding of the security controls that feed them, such as IDS/IPS, EDR, WAF, etc.
- Industry recognised qualifications, and suitable vendor certifications preferred.
- 5 years minimum experience in a similar role integrating complex customer solutions into managed security services systems or greater than 5 years' experience in administrating systems that are considered key data sources.
- Exposure to IT security operations in a large or complex organisation.
- Effective stakeholder engagement, consultation and communication skills with an ability to build credibility and trust with leaders, internal working teams and customers.
- Able to effectively work autonomously, applying strong analytics and problem-solving skills in an agile and resilient manner.
