About the Role:

OMD UK's Decisions Science team plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients realize the full potential of their marketing investment for maximum growth. This role is for a leader within this team, with significant project and line management responsibilities as well as commercial oversight of some financial targets and annual forecasting.

The successful candidate will be passionate about business consultancy, econometrics, and marketing analytics, and will have experience leading consultative teams on projects that deliver clear, impactful insights in a way that influences clients' marketing decisions.

Principal Consultants provide direction to the team, ensuring we are focused on the questions that matter to our clients and that the team has the right tools and techniques to be able to deliver projects that are both valued by clients and profitable as a business.
