My client is looking for a Principal Data Analyst to work on a government project, to start ASAP until the end of Jun 2025 (with a good possibility for an extension). It's a remote role (the applicant must be based in the UK).

Key responsibilities:

• Creation of automation of processes that enables the retrieval of underlying datasets for the data assets.
• Test data to ensure end-to-end integrity.
• Transform data to desired formats.
• Perform exploratory data analysis.
• Assurance analysis performed to confirm accuracy of outputs.
• SQL - Advanced
• Databricks
• Power BI
• Data Profiling and analytical skills
• ETL knowledge
