Role: Principal Data Services Specialist (Data Migration)
Location: Remote with occasional travel (National)

Salary: Up to £80,000
iO Associates are excited to be working with a digital healthcare consultancy that services the NHS on EPR Transformations. We are seeking a skilled leader to join the Data Migration team on a permanent basis. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, monitoring, and managing healthcare data services projects. As the main technical point of contact for clients, you will lead specific projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with standards.
The role is predominantly remote; however, you may be required to travel to the site occasionally for go-live support. In this case, all travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.

Responsibilities:
- Lead technical delivery of data services projects ensuring milestones are met
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders and management
- Manage escalations, coordinate reviews, and mitigate risks
- Align with core values and performance objectives
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with standards
- Adhere to data services practices and client standards
- Document processes and best practices
- Keep technical knowledge up to date
Skills:
- Expertise in Oracle Health Data Migration and Reporting
- Strong all-round data warehousing skill set including CCL and advanced SQL
- Strong technical knowledge in data migration
- Experience in healthcare data services delivery
- Understanding of NHS data model and reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in risk management and progress monitoring
