Principal HCM Solution Consultant

We are looking for talented individuals to help grow Oracle's HCM market across the UK and Europe. You will be experienced in the HCM and Talent Management domains, and as an engaging presenter, have the presence and credibility to facilitate business-level discussions with an executive-level audience.

In this role, you become a specialist in at least one aspect of Oracle's HCM solutions in support of the complete employee lifecycle and will work collaboratively with peers across the entire sales cycle to achieve sales targets and deliver continued success to existing Oracle cloud customers.

• Actively maintaining a depth of knowledge around competitive offerings.
• Understanding effective business outcomes that can be achieved through the deployment of the solution.
• Educating customers and Partner Organizations in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and value propositions.
• Support effective handover of clients from pre-sales into implementation.
• Contributing to customer success and reference ability.
