Principal Healthcare Associate

My client is a top tier, national law firm seeking a Principal Healthcare Associate to join their team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Tier 1 Legal 500 ranking team that offers top quality work and excellent career prospects.

As a Principal Healthcare Associate, you will be responsible for dealing with a broad range of work to include:

• Full range of Healthcare advisory matters for clients across the Health and Care sector
• Mental Capacity and Mental Health Act Issues
• Governance
• Incident Investigations and Public Inquiries

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' PQE and strong Healthcare Advisory experience. Strong knowledge of welfare applications under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 will be particularly advantageous.
