Principal Landscape Planner

We are seeking an experienced and talented Landscape Architect/ Landscape Planner for a multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices in London, Bristol and South Wales. They are looking for a Senior, Principal or Associate Landscape Architect/Planner to join their award-winning team and work on their growing portfolio of interesting projects.

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 depending on level and experience

Responsibilities:

1. Project Managing and leading the delivery of a wide range of projects
2. Providing high quality reporting
3. Managing and mentoring the junior members of the team
4. Client Liaison
5. Contributing to tenders and pricing
6. Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA)

About You:

1. A relevant degree
2. A Chartered member of the Landscape Institute
3. An excellent report writer
4. Excellent client liaison skills
5. Proficient in the use of computer software to prepare high quality reports and tenders including Word and Excel
6. A full driving licence is essential
7. Have experience of tendering and work winning
8. An excellent project manager
9. Excellent organisational skills
