We are seeking exceptional individuals with a track record of driving innovation and achieving remarkable results to join our organization asPrincipal Product Manager - Go-To-Market (GTM) for our Application Security solutionthat combines Cloud Native Application Protection and Security Analytics use cases.
Our Application Security solution integrates security with observability, utilizing real-time-at-runtime context for prioritization and to safeguarding cloud-native environments from within the applications. Through advanced automation and operationalization, we mitigate security risks by minimizing alerts, human intervention, and manual processes, thereby enhancing overall security posture.
Aufgaben
Your role at Dynatrace
Your responsibilities:
- You own the GTM strategy, its assets and its execution
- Focused on the latest and greatest improvements of our Application Security solution, you understand the Application Security market (CNAPP, CDR, ) and competitive dynamics and drive our competitive positioning.
- You craft press releases and product news blogs with your counterparts that WOW our customers, the press, and the Dynatrace team.
- By applying effective concepts like "working backwards" and "PR FAQs" you define and carve out the value of upcoming releases together with your peers and createcompelling narratives and communicate our unique value to target personas.
- You are a member of the solution leadership team and work with product management, marketing, salesand Dynatrace One as well es internal and external users, customers and analysts to ensure impactful product and capability launches and accelerate growth.
- You understand the respective market and competitive dynamics and strategize accordingly.
- By engaging with internal and external users and customers, you validate and sharpen our narratives early in the product lifecycle.
- As a Principal Product Manager you are aleaderand live, support and develop the Dynatrace values and culture,inspiring and empoweringthrough mentorship and coaching.
Profil
- You have more than 8 years of experience in product management, Go-To-Market or in product marketing for a product for IT teams in large enterprises.
- You have a strong technical foundation and deep knowledge in the field of Application Security/Cloud Security/Threat Detection, Investigation and Response; a good understanding of theobservability marketis a plus.
- You have experience inmarket and competitive analysisand positioning, especially in the security and observability space.
- You translatedtechnical solutions into value focused messages- simple, clear and with a wow factor to fascinate and thrill potential customers.
- You have good analytical and communications skills and drove initiatives in dynamic work environments.

Compensation and rewards
- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 80.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
