A leading Maritime Defence company is looking to grow their team and have excellent opportunities for a Principle Engineer to bolster their Engineering Authority function. This opportunity involves working with cutting-edge technology, in a progressive team with extensive training and development opportunities.

Role Description

• Overseeing Engineering governance and assurance across NDE, Calibration and Emergency Response Infrastructure and Systems
• Front line engineering response
• Delivering Site Asset Management Processes to ensure fit for purpose asset base
• Producing and validating engineering issues and delivering a solution
• Managing configuration baseline, ensuring an effective maintenance strategy and carrying out engineering health assessments

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a STEM subject, or engineering
• Front line Engineering Response for above
• Delivering Site Asset Management Processes to ensure a fit for purpose asset base across site
• Producing and validating engineering assessments to ensure equipment can achieve its required safety function
• Respond to emerging engineering issues
